Hi everyone! My name is Cedric, and I handle global marketing here at SnatchApp. One of the best things about my job is that I get to see all the great input we receive from users that reach out to let us know their favourite things about our app.

We’ve gotten so many incredible stories from wonderful people around the globe that we thought we’d share some of them and celebrate how SnatchApp has helped them keep in contact with family, friends and other loved ones, even when they’re separated by hundreds or even thousands of miles.

One of my personal favourites is the story of Lee, a Dutch businessman whose flight home was cancelled, causing him to miss the birth of his twin daughters. Thanks to SnatchApp, Jan was able to see his girls and hear their first cries from an airport four time zones away.

Another inspiring tale is of Kevin, a young American man, and , a German woman he met while studying abroad. Through SnatchApp, they were able to seamlessly communicate long-distance while her visa was being approved. They plan to get married later this year.

These days, the nomadic traveller, the student abroad, the breadwinner working in another country are scenarios that are becoming more and more frequent. We’re proud to use our technology and platform to keep them in touch with those they love easily and worry-free.
